Founder
Jeff Foster offers extensive experience designing, developing, integrating, testing, and deploying supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems. His commitment to every project and his attention to detail are reflected in the quality of his work. Additionally, his in depth knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry makes him a strong asset to our clients.
Mike Cochran
Senior Systems Analyst
With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Mike offers invaluable insight to our clients. From the installation of a computer system at a truck rack in the field to the integration of a SCADA system in the control room, Mike brings unparalleled attention to detail. Our clients have come entrust Mike as an overseer of all new development projects throughout their SCADA system.
Rick Osborn
Senior Software Engineer
Rick has been highly involved in specialized control systems utilizing Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) interfacing with mainframe computers and personal computer-based SCADA & DCS. He possesses diverse system design experience in the areas of Pipeline Metering Stations, Turbine Power Generation, Variable Frequency Motor Generators, Electrical and Water SCADA Systems and Fuel Depot Automation Systems.

With an emphasis on information security, Travis has many years of experience engineering, designing, and developing software applications for the web. Before joining the team Travis worked as a software lead in the Computer Security section of the Naval Research Laboratory in Washington DC. Travis has been the technical lead on several projects where we were building mission critical business applications for our clients.
